Operators can now assign matching recipes manually, provisioning actions automatically when assigning recipes through the Management API. The UI gains recipe assignment and module role controls, while polling and recipe matching improvements reduce synchronized load and speed up evaluations. API fixes restore the deprecated reportedId filter and correctly expose recipe validation errors.
